• Matching on the specific procedure, their stage, their language and their region.
• A safety screen on every message, with crisis signals routed to resources rather than to a peer.
• Clear framing that this is lived experience, not clinical advice.

How referral works

Each practice gets a short referral link and code to hand out on discharge notes or in follow-up. Sign-ups through it are attributed to you, so you can see whether it's actually being used — without us ever showing you what a patient wrote.

Requesting a code

Referral codes are issued manually while we're small. Email the practice name, specialty and region and we'll set one up.
